Once upon a time in a tropical fishing village, Mr. Lee, an obsessed businessman was having his summer holidays, strolling along the coast. There he met Mr. Ahmad. Mr. Ahmad is just a simple man who fished for a living. So, both of them sat down for kopi over at Mr. Ahmad’s house.

Mr. Lee: So, you fish for a living?

Mr. Ahmad: Yes, fishing since I was 20

Mr. Lee: So, what do you do other than fishing? I mean, how do you spend your day?

Mr. Ahmad: Oh, after fishing in the morning, I have lunch with my wife, spend some
time with My kids, then I go look for my friends and we just chill out
till dusk.

Mr. Lee: From my point of view, I think you should expand your business. I see great
potential in Your fishing business.

Mr. Ahmad: So what can I do?

Mr. Lee: You should stop selling your fish to your neighbors and local market and
start selling Them in the city market.

Mr. Ahmad: Then I will have to travel to the city and I wouldn’t have time to eat
with my wife, Spend time with my kids and chill out with my friends

Mr. Lee: Look far Ahmad, Look far. Think of the future. After you earn enough from
the city, you Can buy a fishing yacht to replace your fishing boat

Mr. Ahmad: Then?

Mr. Lee: Then, you can fish even more and sell even more!

Mr. Ahmad: Then?

Mr. Lee: Then of course, you can buy more equipment, and start your own fishing
business. After that you can start making fish products like fish sauce and
sell. You can engage R&D Etc.

Mr. Ahmad: Sounds very attractive. So, how long would all that take?

Mr. Lee: Hmm.. that would probably take about 20-30 years at least

Mr. Ahmad: So what do I do after I have finished all these?

Mr. Lee: OH~! You can enjoy life!! You can fish every morning as you wish, eat lunch
with your Wife, spend time with your kids, and chill out with your friends
till dusk. (sounds familiar?)

People, you may already have the life you’d always wanted. Mankind has been forever on the quest to search for happiness and comfort. Often, we already have happiness but we want more. We want to secure that happiness and to do it, we choose to “work harder now”. Well, that is true to a certain extent. Its not that I don’t agree but a lot of times people work so hard that they forget about family, friends, and most importantly to live. Will your wife still be cooking your lunch after you finally “have the time”? Will your friends still be there to chill out? Your kids would probably have their own families by then. So what can you do with your wealth? Hhmmm… pre-order a coffin with LV monogram leather and swarovski crystals?

Don't get so worked up~ Its just me
