So lately, people have been commenting about how "chui" i look now. First of all, i hate the hokkien word "chui" cuz its soooo weird. And intan was telling me even her Malay friends uses it. Anyway, i was thinking, since when did your looks matter to your friends? Im beginning to find that my opinions clashes more and more each day with my family members too. They are not me, they think i don't need something doesn't mean that i really don't need. And they usually give me something which they think i need, which is food. HELLO?!!!

I think everyone should live for themselves, not say they must be selfish lar. BUT don't you agree at the end of the day, the only person you have to answer to is yourself? not even your parents or anyone.

So, exams are over. *keep fingers crossed for no supp. Thats it?! 3 years!!! my god.. how time flies.. i will no longer be a teenager after 29-sep !! ARGH!!! Anyways, Bei fang, Geraldine, Germaine, Zah and me went to east coast park to cycle and chill out after my sicko 6 days of studying for just 1 subject.

There isnt any pictures of bei fang or geraldine cuz apparantly they zoomed away while zah and germaine were struggling with the bike.. LOL.. So relaxed!!!
But i must rush out the designs for the TPSU DnD. I will be going to Malaysia at my aunts and sew the clothes out from 6th to around 18th. and prolly some hats too.

Okay. put aside the fact that PDM paper is tml. I shall blog alittle first. I was reading Zahirah's blog about how Poly life passed so quickly. I haven had time to really summarise my poly life yet (please wait till 26 feb when its all over).

But there are somethings Zah wrote that i could totally relate to

last night i went to sleep thinking, 'omg, 3 years and that's it?!' at the end of the poster presentation, people were just going 'it's been nice having you as a classmate!' and that's it.it's just so different from pri and sec sch where everyone promised to stay in touch and what nots.but i think right now, being 20 and all, everyone knows that staying in touch isn't going to realllly happen. everyone will be doing different things. making different choices. going to different places/countries.

i mean, being from TP, the building itself gives me a sense of belonging. let alone the students. every nook and cranny will hold memories of how everyone was slacking and missing lectures or rushing to the cafe to send the food on time or the endless canteen hopping every chance we get.i think ALL of us grew up in TP. to become young adults. from nerds to trendy. from shy to bold. there won't be one person that i could see who hasn't changed.

and so much things happened throughout this 3 years. friendships faltered. friendships made. but i guess it's just part of growing up. some people can stand you. some people don't.i will miss my life in TP. i will miss my friends.and so, i've decided to take the whole year off to get it off my system before i pursue a degree.i'm getting off mostly the stress of studying part. not my friends.

Im glad that i made great friends and really stretched my 3 years. I ve certainly grew, if not in the mind, it would be the size. LOL. Anyway, i shall maybe have 3 blog entries each for 1 year of my poly life to summarise it. Seriously, theres alot to talk about~!!!!

I've been thinking quite alot lately. Maybe my aunties and uncles were right about me. Ever since young, they would just label me as a child who would grow up not been able to mix around well with people, that although i have better academic grades that my brother, i would still lose out in life. Maybe i have been immature all along, with family, friends and even with people i barely know. Maybe im just a wilful person that just needs to grow up and really face reality. Germaine told me that, yes, i can talk, present and interact pretty well but sometimes, i don't know it when i crossed the line and offended people. My EQ is just too low? Or maybe im just being too naive and insensitive about certain things. Grow up yixian, grow up, haven you seen what Gladys gotten for the way she treats people?

PAID because the recording was so bloody bloody overdue like last year! FREAKING LAST YEAR! Apparantly they changed the timing like 5 times!! the first time she didnt even call to tell us it was cancelled and we all went all the way down and she forgot about it!

Those who wanna take vocal lessons or music lessons can forget about ocean butterflies (haidie), the company for JJ lin. THEIR ADMINSTRATION SUCK TO THE CORE OF THE EARTH PLUS CAN GO EAT SHIT!! First of all, HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR !! EAT LOTS OF PINEAPPLE TARTS AND YOU'LL BE READY LOOKING LIKE SANTA WHEN CHRISTMAS ARRIVES

Honestly speaking, there was nothing to do at the kampong already. Every chinese new year, my family would drive/fly in from indonesia/singapore/aussie/within malaysia to cramp in a kampong house on top of the hill. The best part was that fireworks were set up just like next door and the sparkles covered the whole sky. It was like right in your face. Really splendid compared to those miniatures u see in Singapore.

Its pretty lame.. LOL... but who cares....

By the way, i thought this 'tap' picture was pretty good considered it was shot without a pro-SLR cam but with just a regular digicam.

Today, i have made one of the more important decisions in my life. I've decided to stop my piano lessons. Well, i've been thinking about it for a long long time because i really like music. But i realise that if you don't have talent and a strong passion for somethings, you just will never make it. The exam songs bore me, pracitising the majora minor whatever just takes a toll on me. Now that i recall, i use to skip my Chinese Orchestra lessons. The passion is just not there, let alone talent. Thank God i finally have the balls to stop the torment. On a separate note, i've found something that gives me so much adrenaline i can't even sleep.
