They say the environment shapes a person. I didnt buy into that theory until i stepped in tekong. After a week of gruelling training, i fell ill. During these 3 days on medical status i cant help but wonder why the sick people in camp are not treated with any extra care. Then it struck me that im no longer a civilian, i am now a soldier. I feel like as if im sold away.

EMO thoughts aside, i actually enjoyed my first 2 weeks, yes, even the medical part because i believe if you are a learner, you learn everywhere.
