Yeah, "talk" is cheap because its so easy to say something but not all that easy when it comes to doing it. Amy defended that "talk" is not cheap but "talk" is just easy. Logic behind it is that the "thought" of verbalizing it that counts and thus "talk" carries a certain value. But come to think of it, some people don't think when they speak. So all in all, is "talk" classified under easy or just plain dirt cheap for them? Can people just make up their minds already.Don't get so worked up~ Its just me

Not that i've joined the US army or anything. But Im actually quite happy to be in this unit so far. Combat engineers are support units in war. Build obstacles, clear the way and all. Im not a combat as in gun kinda person and im scared of blood and needles. So i guess this is quite a suitable unit for me i guess? cuz creativity is part of what combat engineers boasts about, and thats my main strength.

I finished the dress for quite some time already but have not quite got the time to get a team to shoot it. Then Anna Wintour came to my dream. LOL, kidding. If she came to my dream, it would be more like a nightmare.Anyways, all of us were damn tired and really just wanna sleep in the whole saturday morning. However, we all resisted the temptation of our beds and got to "make it work"!!! With a team of pro-wannabes, each passionate and dedicated to our field, the marriage was a bliss! Let me introduce you.
From left to right, Gek teng, Glenn, Graham, Vanessa, Yixian, AmyAmy picked Van in the morning and we set off~~!!! Thanks to my cousin who lend me his car despite the fact of him knowing i have never took a single driving lesson before.
Eyelash made up of magazine shreds from my 'label' and a tri-colour eyeshadow done by Ms Amy. Matched damn well with the dress in my opinion.
Here i present you the hardwork of collaboration between makeup, photography and fashion (and nature)!
Alittle about the dress: Its inspired by a show done by a japanese using shredded newspaper. So, im midst of the heat in promoting eco stuff, i decided to do a shredded magazine dress. The fringes are hand-made and then sewn layers and layers over. The H-silhouette is of the 1920s flappers era where women are no longer conformed to corsets to bind their bodies. Dress is fully lined and conceal-zipped so its totally wearable (to where i don't know!).

Today is Valentine's day, which i suppose is all about the other half, which is about love too. So i just came back from camp, put down my stuff and i saw a page of classified on the dining table. It valentine's day quotes and one of which is highlighted.
I think my cousin felt sweet deep in her heart even when theres no roses, no wine and no steak.
Then previously, i read some blog entries of random people saying like how they cannot live without the other half. Those flowery poems of puppy lovers serenading to each other suddenly became so small and insignificant compared to this few simple phrases above. The same ones you said when you tie the knot. Sometimes i wonder why some people say complicated stuff. Love IS simple, why mess it up?

Had a CNY visiting at Shulin's house just like every other year since secondary 2 in my ngee ann days.. LOL.. come to think of it, i didnt really waste my time hanging out at shulin's house after school. Alot of stuff was damn fun; like watching her mum's porn, mahjong, justing chatting, IRC-ing with fake accounts.. LOL.. it was all in all fun lar. Shulin's room is like a get away after school where everyone is invited.After shulin's house visiting, Gek, Tim, Amy and i went to the alphabet bar @ amara hotel yet again. I recommend that place man.... its really nice..
We were quite bored and slightly drunk we started to play with the hongbao cash. We stuff cash into our clothes. Amy did one picture too but i think if i post it she will kill me cuz she look ugly in it.Don't get so worked up~ Its just me

Ever since that kampong picture, i started to look for black and white photos of the past. My uncle showed me his collection of past photos and its REALLY funny.. ... LOL... they wear these funny berets to go trekking, harem pants , shorts with suspenders and high socks... in the 50s? i guess it was quite hip then...
Over the weekends, i went CNY visiting at shulin's house. Its like a yearly routine where all of us secondary school friends gather. You hear things and stuff. This year, theres lesser people, maybe even lesser the coming years. People move on i guess? But seriously, its just spending 2 hours, dont need to ponder so much, just come lar!
