My friend once told me, be kinder than necessary for everyone is fighting some kind of a battle in their lives. Come to think of it, actually we are all fighters. We push through the womb to arrive to this world, vulnerable and naked. We learn how to walk the walk and talk the talk but it never seems enough. Life has so many lessons that he wants to teach us but do we have the courage to enter his classroom? We pursue love of all kinds; kinship, BGR, friendship, partnership. Sometimes the courage to face the fact that one day that they all might be gone is far more than the courage to obtain it. Maybe my friend was right about this. That everyone is indeed battling; the fear of failing, the fear of getting it, and the fear of losing it once you get hold of it.
