Okay, the above 2 pictures i coped from internet. I only had my 50mm lens this time so couldnt really take those 35mm lens type of normal pictures. But anyways, this ramen shop is new i guess since its in ION and ION is new.
I had the pork and chicken ramen. I tried both the red miso and the white miso. ITS AWESOME. I MUST MUST try the king crab ramen before i leave for aussie next year.
PORK AND CHICKEN RAMEN (RED MISO)
PORK AND CHICKEN RAMEN (WHITE MISO)
Pardon for the photos this time round, i haven been shooting anything lately. Well, i really want to give full marks for this store because not only the ramen is SUPERB! but the service is DAMN GOOD. plus! theres is free flow of cold original japanese green tea!! Like from real tea leaves kind i think.
The chicken breast meat is seasoned just about right and has abit of alcohol taste which is good. The meat is tender yet not powdery, flavourful yet not too strong.
The pork is bacon-like, also perfectly seasoned, there's no wild boar smell nor is it too strong a taste. The soup could be atad too salty or strong for some people if they have red miso. Overall the soup suits my tastebuds so much i can feel them dancing when i drank it. hahahah
If you prefer something lighter, you can go for soy sauce or white miso which still has the rich flavour but not that thick. I ordered tamago and hokkaido corn as well. Total bill added up to a 40+++ for 2 persons. Well, thanks to a certain pig for the treat. :D may you win more mahjong.....hmmm...I could eat ramen forever... yummy.....
